Miss Asia Pacific International 2018 held its National Costume Competition and Swimsuit Competitions. Kilmara Nayubel Carvajal Salcedo (Panama) is the winner of National Costume Competition. Huynh Thuy Vi (Vietnam) and Sharifa Akeel (Philippines) were first and second runners-up. Gabriela Palma (Brazil) won best in Swimsuit while Sharifa Akeel (Philippines) and Natalia Gurgel (Uruguay) were first and second runners-up.
