The event finale of Miss Asia Pacific International 2018 was held on 4th October 2018 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater, Resorts World Manila, Pasay City, Metro Manila. A total of 50 contestants participated in the pageant. The Top 5 contestants were Mariani Nataly Chacon Angarita, Misheelt Narmandakh, Gabriela Palma, Sharifa Areef Mohammad Omar Akeel and Melania Gonzales.

Miss Asia Pacific International 2018 was held tonight at the Newport Performing Arts Theater, Resorts World Manila, Pasay City, Metro Manila where Sharifa Areef Mohammad Omar Akeel representing Philippines was crowned the new queen. First Runner-Up – Gabriela Palma representing Brazil, Second Runner-Up – Melania Gonzales representing Costa Rica, Third Runner-Up – Misheelt Narmandakh representing Mongolia and Fourth Runner-Up – Mariani Nataly Chacon Angarita representing Venezuela.

Mutya Ng Pilipinas 2018/ Miss Asia Pacific International Philippines 2018 winner is Sharifa Akeel. Aya Fernandez crowned Miss Tourism International Philippines 2018, Kesha Ramachandran crowned Miss Tourism Queen of the Year International Philippines 2018 and Pauline Amelinckx crowned Miss Global Beauty Queen Philippines 2018.
