She is to make a comeback for Kosovo at Miss Universe after the country withdrew in 2013 as it did not have diplomatic relations with the host country Russia. Kaltrina Neziri finished as first runner-up and was crowned Miss Earth Kosovo 2014 by her predecessor Donika Emini, Miss Earth Kosovo 2013. She will now represent Kosovo at Miss Earth 2014 pageant to be held in Manila, Philippines on November 29' 2014.

Catalina Morales from Guaynabo has been crowned Miss Puerto Rico 2015 at a pageant held on October 9, 2014 at the Centro Ferial Juan H. Cintrón on Ponce, Puerto Rico, by her predecessor Gabriela Berrios, Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2014 who will be representing Puerto Rico at Miss Universe 2014 pageant. Catalina, 23 years of age, is a Law student at the UPR Rio Piedras Law campus. She defeated forty four other contestants to clinch the coveted crown. She was also rewarded with Miss Best Style and Most Beautiful Hair Award. Catalin, stands tall at 5’ 9.5” was also rewarded with Miss Best Style and Most Beautiful Hair Award. She will represent Puerto Rico at Miss Universe 2015. The runners-up at the event were – Nivializ Pérez - First runner-up; Nicole Colón - Second runner-up; Stephanie Cruz - Third runner-up; Alina Román - Fourth runner-up; Brenda Paola Hernández - Fifth runner-up. Special awards given were: Miss Photogenic - Nivializ Pérez; Miss Congeniality - Elinnette Rodríguez and Best National Costume - Heilymar Rosario.

Zhaneta Byberi has been crowned Miss Universe Albania 2014 at the finals of the national pageant held on October 8' 2014 at the National Theater of Opera and Ballet (Teatri i Operas dhe Baletit) in Tirana, Albania. She will now represent Albania at the Miss Universe 2014 pageant to be held in Doral, USA on January 25' 2015. Zhaneta is 19 years of age, and is a professional model in Albania. She had previously won the title 'Best International Top Model of Albania' in 2013 and had also received the award for Miss Photogenic at Miss Albania 2012. Albania did not compete at Miss Universe 2013, as Fioralba Dizdari, the Albania representative withdrew from the pageant due to Kosovo not being able to compete at the pageant held in Moscow, Russia last year. Last representation from Albania at Miss Universe was in the year 2012 when 19-year old Adrola Dushi competed at Miss Universe 2012, though could not place at the finals. She was part of the jury for Miss Universe Albania 2014, which also included Armina Mevlani, Niko Komani, Sony K Elson, and jury president Floriana Garo.

At the final gala night of Miss Serbia 2014 (Mis Srbije 2014) pageant held on October 8’ 2014 televised on RTV Pink, Daše Radosavljevic from Kragujevca, finished the first runner-up and was crowned Miss Universe Serbia 2015. She succeeds Anđelka Tomašević, the Miss Universe Serbia 2013, who is Serbian representative for Miss Universe 2014. Daše, the reigning Mis Sumadije, is 18 years of age and will now represent Serbia at Miss Universe 2015. At the same event, Mariju Cetkovic, the reigning Mis Vojvodine was the winner and crowned as Miss World Serbia 2015. She will now represent Serbia at Miss World 2015 pageant to be held next year. Miss Venezuela 2014 final coronation is scheduled to be held on October 9, 2014 at the Estudio 1 of Venevision in Caracas, Venezuela, and will broadcast live on Venevision. The reigning queen Migbelis Castellanos, Miss Venezuela 2013, will crown her successor Miss Venezuela Universe 2014 at the end of the gala event. Also Michelle Bertolini and Stephanie de Zorzi will crown their respective successors as Miss Venezuela International 2014 and Miss Venezuela Earth 2014. After three hours of splendid final night ceremonies at Indoor Stadium Huamark in Bangkok, Thailand, the winner of Miss Grand International 2014 pageant was proclaimed. Daryanne Lees of Cuba was crowned as Miss Grand International 2014 by her predecessor Janelee Chaparro, Miss Grand International 2013. Daryanne, 27 years of age and stands tall at 171 cm works as a front desk manager, at the Hilton Hotel. She has been participating in pageants since the age of 18.
