Miss Earth 2018 held its National Costume Competition on 11th October 2018 at Century Park Hotel, Manila. The winners - Carolina Jane (Central Europe), Alma Nancy Sesay (Africa), Melissa Flores (North and Central America), Xamiera Petra Kippins (South America), Phuong Khanh Nguyen (Asia and Oceania) and Nina Jovanovic (Eastern Europe).

Miss Earth 2017 national costume competition was held on 30th October 2017, and awards for Best National Costume winners were awarded by continent. Also, at the event special award winners for Miss Photogenic, Miss Friendship, Best Eco Video and Miss Earth Warrior were announced.

The winners of the National Costume Competition of Miss Earth 2015 are - Gold – Uganda, Silver – Ghana, Bronze - Congo DR from Africa. Gold- Malaysia, Silver- Thailand, Bronze- Korea from Asia. Western Europe - Gold - Netherlands, Silver- Austria, Bronze- Ireland. Eastern Europe - Gold – Ukraine, Silver- Slovenia, Bronze- Hungary. Americas - Gold- Guatemala, Silver- Panama, Bronze- Venezuela.

The Miss Earth 2015 delegates began filming in National Costume, which will be a segment for their finals night. The filming took place in the Hilton Vienna Danube Waterfront. Finals of Miss Earth 2015 will be held on December 5’ 2015.

The National Costume competition of Miss Earth 2014 was held last night at Green Sun Hotel where the lovely contestants dazzled in and showcased their respective national costumes. The winners of the sub-contest were announced in four groups - Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Africa. María de Lourdes Gallimore from Panama was declared the winner of National Costume - Americas; Maira Alexandra Rodriguez of Venezuela won the silver while Catalina Caceres of Chile won the bronze. Ilze Saunders from South Africa was declared the winner of National Costume - Africa; runners-up in the group being Paulina Malulu of Namibia and Nancy Magdy of Egypt. The winner of National Costume - Asia Pacific was Annisa Ananda Nusyirwan from Indonesia, while Jamie Herrell of Philippines won the silver and Alankrita Sahai of India won the bronze. And finally in the group for Europe, Gabriella Gatehouse from England was adjudged the winner, with Anastasia Trusova of Russia walking away with silver, and Zaira Bas of Spain getting the bronze.
