During the grand finale of Miss Venezuela 2018, Miss Portuguesa 2018 Isabella Rodriguez was crowed the winner. She I now going to representing Venezuela in Miss World 2019 to be held next year.

Miss Venezuela 2018 will have its coronation night on 13th December 2018 at the Estudio 5 de Venevisión in Caracas, Venezuela where 24 contestants from all over the Venezuela will be competing to become the representative of the nation in Miss Universe 2019, Miss World 2019, Miss International 2019, Miss Grand International 2019 to be held next year.

Sthefany Gutiérrez from Delta Amacuro was crowned as Miss Venezuela 2017 and she will now represent in Miss Universe 2018 to be held next year. Her court included Miss Venezuela World 2018 Veruska Betania Ljubisavljevic Rodríguez from Vargas and Miss Venezuela International 2018 Mariem Claret Velazco García from Barinas.

Keysi Sayago, the crowned Miss Venezuela 2016, has been officially confirmed to participate in Miss Universe 2017 scheduled to be held on 26th November 2017 in Las Vegas, by Miss Venezuela organisation. Earlier in July 2017, there was uncertainty as to her participation due to financial reasons, and with this confirmation Venezuelan fans are extremely happy and gave their best wishes to Keysi for the competition.

Miss Venezuela 2014 final coronation is scheduled to be held on October 9, 2014 at the Estudio 1 of Venevision in Caracas, Venezuela, and will broadcast live on Venevision. The reigning queen Migbelis Castellanos, Miss Venezuela 2013, will crown her successor Miss Venezuela Universe 2014 at the end of the gala event.
