Belinde Bella Schreuder, Miss Suprantional South Africa 2018, is now the winner of Miss Grand South Africa 2019. Runners-up were Jeané Van Dam (first runner-up), Phomolo Tjie (second runner-up), Beauron Julies (third runner-up) and Shaleen De Witt (fourth runner-up).
