In the event finale of Miss Grand Japan 2018, Haruka Oda was crowned Miss Grand Japan 2018 who will represent Japan in Miss Grand International 2018 at Myanmar on 30th October 2018. The 1st runner-up was Rie Kuroki and Kanami Tobita was the 2nd runner-up in the same event.
