The finals of Miss United Continents 2015 concluded with the crowning of Nathalia Lago from Brazil as the Miss United Continents 2015 winner. Daniela Castaneda from Colombia was crowned as Vice Queen United Continents whereas Myriam Arevalos from Paraguay was titled first runner-up. Maria Elisa Padilla Cardoso from Ecuador was placed as the second runner-up and Sushrii Shreya Mishraa from India was titled third runner-up. Kimberly Castillo from Dominican Republic managed the position of fourth runner-up.
