Miss Asia Pacific International 2018 held its last leg of the preliminary competition - Evening Gown Competition where Sharifa Akeel (Philippines) was the winner. Gabriela Palma (Brazil) and Natalia Gurgel (Uruguay) were adjudged first and second runners-up.
