Jannatul Ferdous Oishee, Anahi Hormazabal, Mira Al-Toufaily, Alya Nurshabrina and Morgane Thérésiné came out to be the strongest contenders from groups 6-10 for the Round 1 of Head to Head Challenge. The winner of this challenge will get fast tracked into the Top 30 during the finale of Miss World 2018 to be held on 8th December 2018 in Sanya, China.

Jannatul Ferdous Oishee was crowned Miss World Bangladesh 2018 on 30th September 2018. She will now represent Bangladesh in Miss World 2018 to be held later this year. Nishat Mawa Salwa and Naziba Bushra were awarded the positions of first and second runner-ups, respectively.
