Diana Jaén was crowned Miss Panamá Mundo 2015. She will now compete in the Miss World 2015 pageant. Catherine Agrazal was crowned as Reina Internacional del Café Panamá 2015, Miss Pesé Herera Joseline Pinto was adjudged as the first runner-up, Miss Puerto Pilón Jhasmeiry Herrera was titled second runner-up, Miss Bocas del Toro Estefanía Mora was adjudged as the third runner-up and Miss Darién Leydis González was the fourth runner-up.

The grand finale of Miss Grand Japan 2015 was concluded with the crowning of Ayaka Tanaka as Miss Grand Japan 2015. Ayaka will now represent Japan at the Miss Grand International 2015 pageant. Mao Kaneko was adjudged as 1st runner-up and Nanami Tomita was adjudged as 2nd runner-up. Fuyuki Fujiwara was awarded ‘People’s Choice’ title.
