Marybeth Noonan was crowned as Miss Maine 2016 at the end of the gala finale of Miss Maine 2016 held on April 25’ 2016 at Catherine McAuley High School in Portland, Maine. At the same pageant, Katherine Rushlau was adjudged as the first runner-up. Noonan will represent Miane at Miss America 2017 pageant, scheduled to be held at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey, on 11’ September 2016.

A small ceremony was organized by the Miss Universe Panama organization to crown its newest winner. Keity succeeds Miss Universe Panama 2015, Gladys Del Carmen Brandao Amaya.

At the culmination of the finale of Miss Dominicana Republica 2016 held on April 25’ 2016 at the Hotel Jaragua in Santo Domingo, Sal Garcia was crowned as the winner of Miss Universo Dominicana Republica 2016 by the outgoing queen Clarissa Molina. Sal Garcia will now represent Dominican Republic at the Miss Universe 2016 pageant. At the same pageant, Santo Domingo West (Joely Rodriguez Marie Bernat) was adjudged the first runner up, while La Vega (Marlenis Carolina Peralta Mészaros) placed as second runner up.
