At the final coronation of Miss International 2014 held on November 11’ 2014 at Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa in Tokyo, Japan, special awards in different categories were given to the gorgeous ladies. The contestants were awarded on the basis of friendship, internet voting, body, national costume etc. At the same event Valerie Hernandez of Puerto Rico was crowned Miss International 2014. Given below are the various title categories and their respective winners: Zuleika Kiara Suárez (Colombia) – Miss Friendship & Miss Best Dresser, Jhataleka Malhotra (India) – Miss Internet, Elfin Pertiwi Rappa (Indonesia) – Miss National Costume, Aurianne Sinacola (France) – Miss Perfect Body.

Miss International 2014 Winner is Valerie Hernandez

At the finals gala of Miss International 2014 pageant held on November 11’ 2014 at Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa in Tokyo, Japan, the reigning Miss International Puerto Rico Valerie Hernandez Matias has been crowned Miss International 2014 by her predecessor Bea Santiago, the Miss International 2013. Valerie, is 21 years of age, and stands tall at 180cm. The runners-up at the pageant were: 1st Runner-up - Zuleika Kiara Suárez (Colombia), 2nd Runner-up - Punika Kulsoontornrut (Thailand), 3rd Runner-up - Victoria Tooby (United Kingdom), 4th Runner-up - Milla Romppanen (Finland).

Miss International 2014 Top 15 Favourites – Colombia

Eleventh entry to our Top 15 favourites list for Miss International 2014 is Miss Colombia International 2014 Zuleika Kiara Suárez. Zuleika is 20 years of age, and stands tall at 180cm. She is a student of anthropology at the National University of Colombia and a professional model. Zuleika, competed in Miss Colombia 2013 (Señorita Colombia 2013) pageant held on November 11’ 2013 in Cartagena, where she finished as first runner-up or Miss Colombia International. At the same event Paulina Vega Dieppa was crowned Miss Colombia 2013. Colombian girls have been giving a tough competition at the international pageants, having won the first ever Miss International 1960 by Maria Stella Márquez Zawadzky. Colombia won the Miss International pageant in the years 1999 and 2004 also. Apart from this it has frequently bagged many special awards, semi-finalists, finalists and runners-up placements. Zuleika looks all set to beg the fourth crown for Colombia after a gap of ten years. Our Top 15 so far includes Brazil, Colombia, Dominican Republic, France, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Thailand and Venezuela.
