Miss International 2014 Winners Off To Tokyo, Japan

The Miss International 2014 queens, Valerie Hernandez, along with Zuleika Kiara Suárez, Punika Kulsoontornrut, Victoria Tooby, Milla Romppanen (runners-up), are in Tokyo, Japan. The main agenda of the visit by the Miss International 2014 top 5 winners is a tour to the Mikimoto pearl farm in Mie Prefecture for the new crown for Miss International 2015.

Miss International 2014 Winner is Valerie Hernandez

At the finals gala of Miss International 2014 pageant held on November 11’ 2014 at Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa in Tokyo, Japan, the reigning Miss International Puerto Rico Valerie Hernandez Matias has been crowned Miss International 2014 by her predecessor Bea Santiago, the Miss International 2013. Valerie, is 21 years of age, and stands tall at 180cm. The runners-up at the pageant were: 1st Runner-up - Zuleika Kiara Suárez (Colombia), 2nd Runner-up - Punika Kulsoontornrut (Thailand), 3rd Runner-up - Victoria Tooby (United Kingdom), 4th Runner-up - Milla Romppanen (Finland).

Miss International 2014 Top 15 Favourites - Thailand

Sixth entry to our Top 15 favourites list for Miss International 2014 is Miss International Thailand 2014 Punika Kulsoontornrut (nicknamed Polly). Polly is 22 years of age, and stands tall at 175 cm. Polly's journey in the pageantry world began with her participation in Miss Universe Thailand 2013 in May' 2013, where however she failed to make it to the semi-finals. Undeterred by her placement at Miss Universe Thailand 2013, she went on to compete at Miss Earth Thailand 2013 pageant six months later, ending up winning the pageant and earning the title of Miss Earth Thailand 2013. With hardly any time to prepare for the Miss Earth 2013 pageant, she went on to represent Thailand at the Miss Earth 2013 pageant, where she was pitched against beauties from 88 other countries. Her confidence, personality, and friendly attitude won her several special awards and she managed to secure the Top 4 placement. She finished as the second runner-up at the pageant finals, and was crowned Miss Earth Water 2013, the highest ever title ever won by a Thai beauty queen in the history of Miss Earth pageant. She was recently in news for her dethronement as Miss Earth Water 2013 due to her decision to participate in Miss International 2014 in violation of her agreement with the organizers of Miss Earth pageant. Thailand has never ever won any Miss International title, and given Polly's pageantry experience, charm, and beauty, Polly has the potential to secure the first ever Miss International title for Thailand. Miss Earth Water 2013 Punika Kulsoontornrut dethroned

Punika Kulsoontornrut of Thailand has been dethroned from her title of Miss Earth Water 2013, a title which she was awarded at Miss Earth 2013 pageant held last year in Philippines. She ceases with immediate effect to be the reigning Miss Earth Water after being dethroned by Philippines-based organizers of the pageant, Carousel Productions, Inc., for violating her contract as a titleholder. Her dethronement was on the ground of her joining another pageant, Miss International, during her one-year reign as Miss Earth Water 2013, which was in violation of her standing contract as Miss Earth Water 2013. As per the organizers, she was informed of the same and was asked to withdraw from Miss International pageant, which she failed to do by the deadline stipulated by the organizers resulting in her dethronement. Punika is expected to compete at Miss International 2014 pageant to be held on November 11' 2014 in Tokyo, Japan.

Miss Earth Guam 2014 finals tonight

Miss Earth Guam 2014 pageant finals are being held tonight at the Sheraton Laguna Resort, Guam. Fifteen (15) lovely ladies are competing for the crown, and a chance to represent Guam at Miss Earth 2014 pageant to be held in Manila, Philippines on November 29' 2014. Miss Earth Philippines 2014 Jamie Herrell from Philippines, Miss Earth Water 2013 Polly Punika Kulsoontornrut, and Miss Earth Fire 2013 Catharina Choi Nunes from Korea will also be attending the finals night and assist in crowning the winner. The reigning Miss Earth Guam 2013 is Katarina Martinez who represented Guam at Miss Earth 2013 pageant held in Philippines on December 7' 2013. She though failed to make it to Top 16. The fifteen lovely contestants competing for Miss Earth Guam 2014 title are Danica Marie Branch, Emiretha “Emmy” Aguilar, Erin Marie Camacho Wong, Janey Nauta, Jaymi Lynn Reyes, Jerena Julia Blas, Kaylani L. Cruz, Kirsten Cruz, Laila Hidrosollo El Sayeh, Maurine Malig Santos, Meagan Jenai Heacock, Nicole Marie Pierce, Regina Maria Uson Balajadia, Skye Celine Baker, and Tamarie Cabrera Fegurgur.
