The finale of Miss Mondo Italia 2015 concluded with the crowning of Greta Galassi as the winner of Miss World Italy 2015 by the outgoing queen Silvia Cataldi. Greta will now represent Italy at the Miss World 2015 pageant. At the same event, Tanya D’Avolio was adjudged the first runner up and Maura Loffarelli was adjudged the second runner-up. 24 years old Giulia Ardito was awarded Miss Mundo Italy Web/Miss World Italy Web.
