Aoom Phingchamrat from Thailand wins Best National Costume at Miss United Continents 2017

Miss United Continents 2017 (Miss Continentes Unidos 2017) national costume round was held last night at Hotel & Centro Comercial Punta del Mar in La Libertad, Ecuador. Aoom Thaweepon Phingchamrat from Thailand won the Best National Costume Award. For the last three years, India has been winning this award - Gail Nicole Da Silva (2014), Sushrii Shreya Mishraa (2015) and Lopamudra Raut (2016).

Jeslyn David Santos of Philippines crowned as Miss United Continents 2016

Jeslyn David Santos from Philippines was crowned as Miss United Continents 2016. Mette Riis Sorensen was the ‘Vice Queen’, Lopamudra Raut was adjudged the second runner up, Taynara Gargantini was titled third runner up, Cynthia Duque was fourth runner up while, Rita Silvestre finished as fifth runner up.

Miss United Continents 2016 Best National Costume Award goes to India

The national costume competition of Miss United Continents 2016 concluded last night and India’s Lopamudra Raut won the Best in National Costume Award. María Cecilia Drouet Contreras from Ecuador was titled as the first runner up and Ana María Landaeta Gordillo from Colombia was adjudged as the second runner up at the National Costume event.

Miss Diva Universe 2014 (India) Finalists announced

The finalists of Yamaha Fascino Miss Diva Universe 2014, the second edition of Miss Diva Universe Indian beauty pageant, have been officially announced. Sixteen finalists will be competing for the title of Miss Diva Universe 2014, the final whereof is scheduled for September 27' 2014. Manasi Moghe, who was crowned Miss Diva Universe 2013 at the first edition of Miss Diva Universe held in Mumbai, India on September 5, 2013, will crown her successor at the finals of the Miss Diva Universe 2014 pageant. The winner of Miss Diva Universe 2014 will represent India at the Miss Universe 2014 pageant. Also at the same event Miss Diva Earth 2014 and Miss Diva Supranational 2014 will be crowned, and will go on to represent India at Miss Earth 2014 and Miss Supranational 2014. The finalists for Miss Diva Universe 2014, who will be part of an eight episodes TV series on Zee Café, are -Aishwarya Vatkar, Alankrita Sahai, Asha Bhat, Chahat Dalal, Hida Siddique, Jyoti Rajput, Karanveer Kaur, Lopamudra Raut , Minash Ravuthar , Monisha Ramesh, Niddhi Agerwal, Noyonita Lodh, Vartika Singh, Shivani Singh, Shreeradhe Kanduja and Shruti Iyer.
