Hadeer Tariq, the first runner-up of Miss World Egypt 2017, has been appointed Miss Egypt International 2017 and will now travel to Japan to compete in Miss International 2017, finale whereof is slated to be held on 14th November 2017.

At the conclusion of the grand finale of Miss World Egypt 2017 held on Sunday night at Misr Opera House Theatre in Giza, Egypt, Farah Shaaban was adjudged the winner and was crowned Miss World Egypt 2017. Her court included Hadeer Tariq (first runner-up), Merna Ayman Hosny (second runner-up), Floraine Ashraf (third runner-up), Farrah Ahmed Kamal (fourth runner-up) and Hadeer Khalel (fifth runner-up).

Miss Egypt World 2017 is scheduled to take place on 24th September 2017 in Cairo to select Egypt's representatives for Miss World 2017, Miss International 2017, and Miss Grand International 2017 pageants. Miss World Egypt 2017 contestants are Yasmine Ayman Mohamed, Farah Sedky, Farah Shaaban, Floraine Ashraf, Farrah Ahmed Kamal, Heba Ahmed, Merna Ayman Hosny, Donia Magdy, Hadeer Tariq, Kholoud Sarhan, Jana Gamal, Marwa Talaat, Lamia Fathi Hassan, Ashrakat El Sharif, Fatema Omar, Nancy Helal, Marwa Sami, Nadine El Shenawy, Nermeen Alaa, and Noha Mamdouh Fathi.
