At the ongoing preliminary events of Miss Earth 2014 pageant, the eighty-five (85) gorgeous ladies were awarded with sponsors awards in different categories. The sponsor awards were a combination of beauty, talent and focus on eco tourism which were given during different events. Given below are the various title categories and their respective winners: Miss Earth Hannah's Beach Resort - Jamie Herrell (Philippines), Miss Earth Pagudpud - Alankrita Sahai (India), Miss Hannah's Beach Resort Best in Swimsuit - Jamie Herrell (Philippines), Miss Hannah's Beach Resort Best in Evening Gown - Sendy Caceres (Paraguay), Miss Hannah's Beach Resort Best in Casual Wear - Alankrita Sahai (India), Miss Fashion Show Beach Wear - Maira Alexandra Rodríguez (Venezuela), Miss Golden Sunset Resort - Sendy Cáceres (Paraguay), Miss Psalmstre - Franceska Toro (Puerto Rico), Miss Placenta - Nikola Buranska (Czech Republic), Miss Oakwood - Mayte Brito (Dominican Republic), Tropical Beauty of the Night - Sendy Caceres (Paraguay), Miss Phoenix Petroleum - Zaira Bas (Spain), Miss Glutamax - Maira Alexandra Rodríguez (Venezuela), Miss Advance - Franceska Toro (Puerto Rico), Miss Ever Bilena - Zaira Bas (Spain), Miss Pontefino - Maira Alexandra Rodríguez (Venezuela), Miss Pontefino Residences - Anastasia Trusova (Russia), Miss City of Colors - María Jose Maza (Ecuador). Miss Earth 2014 Resort Wear group Winners

An evening of style, glamour and class started when the gorgeous contestants of Miss Earth 2014 pageant walked the ramp flaunting their fashion sense in the year round light dresses. The resort wear competition was held on three different dates and at three varying venues. The competition commenced in three different groups each having different contestants. The first group of competition was held on November 22’ 2014; the beautiful girls walked the ramp showcasing the cross-cultural style that signifies relaxation, affluence, and appreciation of nature in their striking resort wear. Zaira Bas from Spain bagged the gold medal followed by Eloisa Gutierrez from Bolivia and Franceska Toro from Puerto Rico being awarded with silver and bronze medals respectively. The competition of group two was held on November 19’ 2014 at Green Sun Hotel, which saw the beautiful ladies of Miss Earth 2014 pageant showcasing their catwalk skills wearing sexy swimsuits and sheer cover-ups. Sendy Caceres from Paraguay bagged the gold medal, Mayte Brito from Dominican Republic securing the silver medal and Patricia Peklar from Slovenia being placed at third place with a bronze medal. In the third group of resort wear competition which was held on November 21’ 2014 at Hotel Pontefino Batangas, the Charming and captivating contestants flaunted their style. Andrea Neu from United States of America won the gold medal; Sasi Sintawee from Thailand came at second place winning a silver medal and Maira Alexandra Rodríguez from Venezuela was awarded with a bronze medal. With three days to go for the finals of Miss Mundo de Puerto Rico 2014, which is scheduled to be held on August 13' 2014, I have shortlisted my Top 5 favourites to win the coveted crown. My list comprises of (in alphabetical order) - Darli Arni Pacheco , Franceska Toro, Rebeca Valentin , Tershya Soto, and Wilmarie Rosado.
