The finale of Miss Denmark 2016 concluded with the crowning of Helena Heuser as the winner. Helena will now represent Denmark at Miss World 2016. Fatoumata Camara was adjudged as first runner-up while Elina Ea Dahl was titled as second runner-up, Jessie Llanes Tøttrup made it to the third runner-up and Patricia Overgaard Christensen finished as fourth runner-up.
