The third edition of the grand slam pageant of Miss Grand International, will take place at the Huamark Indoor Stadium in Bangkok on October 25’ 2015, Sunday. The reigning Miss Grand International is Daryanne Lees of Cuba who was crowned on October 7’ 2014 in Bangkok, Thailand.

Miss Grand International recently made an official announcement regarding joining hands with the Campaign 'Stop the War & Violence' and to put it into official action. Mr Nawat Itsaragrisil President of Miss Grand International together with Ms Daryanne Lees Miss Grand International 2014 & Dalia Hassan Miss Grand Kurdistan 2014 and the team is travelling to the Middle East area (nearby Syria, Iraq, Kurdistan) to extend official support to 'Stop the War & Violence' campaign.

After three hours of splendid final night ceremonies at Indoor Stadium Huamark in Bangkok, Thailand, the winner of Miss Grand International 2014 pageant was proclaimed. Daryanne Lees of Cuba was crowned as Miss Grand International 2014 by her predecessor Janelee Chaparro, Miss Grand International 2013. Daryanne, 27 years of age and stands tall at 171 cm works as a front desk manager, at the Hilton Hotel. She has been participating in pageants since the age of 18. Earlier, she competed in Miss Puerto Rico Teen, Miss World Puerto Rico and Miss Universe Puerto Rico. The four other ladies who reached the magic circle are first runner-up Hiwot Mamo of Ethiopia, second runner-up Kathryn Kohut of Canada, third runner-up Renera Thompson of Australia and fourth runner-up Monica Castano Agudelo of Colombia.
