The top 20 finaists of Miss Grand International 2015 are - India – Vartika Singh, Katarzyna Krzeszowska, Lauren Peterson, Claire Parker, Meriam Kaxuxwena, Eline Lamboley, Rattikorn Kunsom, Anastasiia Lenna, Isamar Campos, Anea Garcia, Reina Rojas, Paula Gomes, Tatana Makarenko, Ornella Mariam Gunesekere, Mariela Aparicio, Shauny Bult, Parul Shah, Andrea De Cozar Martin, Aracely Azar Saravia and Ayaka Tanaka.

The grand finale of Miss Grand Japan 2015 was concluded with the crowning of Ayaka Tanaka as Miss Grand Japan 2015. Ayaka will now represent Japan at the Miss Grand International 2015 pageant. Mao Kaneko was adjudged as 1st runner-up and Nanami Tomita was adjudged as 2nd runner-up. Fuyuki Fujiwara was awarded ‘People’s Choice’ title. Miyu Tanaka was awarded Face of Beauty International Japan 2015 and shall now represent Japan in Face of Beauty International 2015.
