The joint winners of Miss World 2018 Designer Award are Miss World South Africa 2018 Thulisa Keyi and Miss World China 2018 Mao Peirui. The winner of the Top Model competition is Miss World France 2018 Maëva Coucke and the other countries who made it to the Top 5 of the Top Model competition are Mao Peiru, Aïsattou Filly, Bo Ah Cho and Thulisa Keyi.

Miss Queen Korea 2018 finale was held on 22nd August 2018. Lee Eun-bi was crowned Miss Supranational Korea 2018. Along with her, Ah Cho was crowned Miss World Korea 2018 and Baek Ji-hyun was crowned Miss Universe Korea 2018.
