Miss International 2014 Top 15 Favourites – Poland

Ninth entry to our Top 15 favourites list for Miss International 2014 is Miss International Poland 2014 Zaneta Pludowska. Zaneta is 21 years of age, and stands tall at 172cm. Zaneta competed in Miss Polinia 2012 where she finished as the first runner-up. She was appointed Miss International Poland 2014 by Miss Polonia organization to represent Poland at Miss International 2014 pageant. Beauties from Poland have been giving remarkable competition in the International pageants, having won Miss International pageant thrice in the years 1991, 1993 and 2001. Poland also managed to beg many semi-finalists, finalists and runners-up placements. Zaneta looks all set to clinch the coveted crown for Poland after a gap of thirteen (13) years. What do you think? Seventh entry to our Top 15 favourites list for Miss International 2014 is Miss International Dominican Republic 2014 Bárbara Santana. Bárbara is 21 years of age, and stands tall at 180cm. Bárbara competed in Miss Mundo Dominicana 2014 pageant held on September 10' 2014 at Centro Comercial Sambil, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, where she was crowned Miss República Dominicana Internacional 2014 (or Miss International Dominican Republic 2014). She was also awarded with Miss Photogenic title. At the same event Dhio Moreno was crowned Miss Mundo Dominicana 2014 (Miss World Dominican Republic 2014). Bárbara looks all set to make its mark by winning the first ever Miss International pageant for Dominican Republic. What do you think? Reina Hispanoamericana 2014 Special Award Winners

Reina Hispanoamericana 2014 pageant organized a special awards contest on October 24’ 2014 at the pool of Buganvillas Hotel in Santa Cruz, which saw twenty-four (24) gorgeous contestants of Reina Hispanoamericana 2014 being awarded in different categories. The contestants were awarded on the basis of their figure, elegance, smile, hair etc. Given below are the various title categories and their respective winners: Andrea Lira (Venezuela) - Miss Silueta (Best Figure). Romina Rocamonje (Bolivia) - Miss Elegancia (Miss Elegance) and Miss Cielo. Carolyn Desert (Haiti) - Mejor Sonrisa (Best Smile). Leslye Santos (Dominican Republic) - Mejor Cabellera (Best Hair). Vanessa Lopez (Mexico) - Chica Amazonas and Miss Photogenic. Lully Gallimore (Panama) - Mejor Traje Típico (Best National Costume) and Miss Sports. Reina Hispanoamericana 2014 finale scheduled to be held on November 1’ 2014.

Miss World Philippines 2014 Press Presentation

Today, at the press presentation held at the Eclipse Bar & Lounge at Solaire Resort & Casino, the twenty-six (26) candidates of Miss World Philippines 2014 were officially presented to the media. The candidates will now compete at the Miss World Philippines 2014 finals scheduled for October 12' 2014 at the Mall of Asia, Arena. Megan Young, the Miss World Philippines 2013 and the reigning Miss World, will crown her successor as Miss World Philippines 2014 at the finals nights. The winner will go on to compete at the Miss World 2014 pageant to be held in London, England on December 14' 2014. The 2014 Miss World Philippines finalists are - Lorraine Kendrickson, Cyra Guilalas, Alexa Kirby, Priscilla Kimberley Dela Cruz, Gazini Christiana Ganados, Kristine Angeli Estoque, Rachel Louise Peters, Rachelle Emmylou Carandang, Ranielah Marie Oval, Grace Ann Bautista, Moriel Olea, Christine Balaguer, Kimberly Anne Sarreal, Nicole Donesa, Theresa Regli, Ina Dominica Guerrero, Kimberly Pajares, Ruffa Nava, Valerie Weigmann, Nelda Ibe, Jean Marie Feliciano, Abegail Galisim, Frances Ruth Constantino, Carina Jennah Aguilar, Eliza Johanna Cruz and Jahziel Pernia Roxanne Cabañero, who was initially included in the list of candidates, has quit the pageant after receiving negative reactions, and is not part of the above finalists.

Geisha Montes de Oca from Dominican Republic is Miss United Continents 2014

The final gala for the second edition of Miss United Continents was held in the city of Guayaquil, Ecuador on Sptember 13' 2014, and at the conclusion of the event Geisha Montes de Oca from Dominican Republic was crowned the winner of Miss United Continents 2014. Geisha hails from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and succeeds Carolina Aguirre of Ecuador, the Miss United Continents 2013. Geisha had earlier represented her country at Miss Tourism Queen International 2007, where she was crowned Queen of the Americas. Later, she won Miss Mundo Dominicana 2008 (Miss World Dominican Republic 2008) and competed in Miss World 2008 though remained unplaced. Geisha is 27 years of age, and stands tall at 175 cm, and her previous international pageant experience did help her to impress the jury and the audience leading her to the title Miss United Continents 2014. Wi May Nava (Venezuela) was crowned the Vice Queen, while the first runner-up was Gail Nicole Da Silva (India). Paola Ruiz Quiroga from Colombia, who was the crowd favourite (and my personal favourite too to win the title), finished as the second runner-up.

Miss Mundo Dominicana 2014 Winner is Dhio Moreno

Dhio Moreno from Santo Domingo Este has been crowned Miss Mundo Dominicana 2014 (Miss World Dominican Republic 2014) on September 10' 2014 at the finals of the event held at Centro Comercial Sambil, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She was crowned by her predecessor, the outgoing queen Joely Bernat, the Miss Mundo Dominicana 2013. Dhio Morenois is a professional model, is 24 years of age and stands tall at 5’11". She will now represent Dominican Republic at Miss World 2014 pageant to be held on December 14' 2014 in London, England. At the same event, Barbara Santana was crowned Miss República Dominicana Internacional 2014 (or Miss International Dominican Republic 2014). She will be Dominican Republic's official representative at Miss International 2014 to be held in Tokyo, Japan on November 11' 2014. Also, Mayte Brito Medina was crowned Miss República Dominicana Tiera 2015 (or Miss Earth Dominican Republic 2015), and will go on to compete in Miss Earth 2015.

Leslie Santos is Miss Supranational Dominican Republic 2015

Leslie Santos representing Santiago was eventually crowned Miss Supranational Dominican Republic 2015 at the finals of Miss Mundo Dominicana 2014 pageant held yesterday at Centro Comercial Sambil, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Initially, she was adjudged the second runner-up to Miss Mundo Dominicana 2014, while Rosa Nilda Adames representing Villa Altagracia was crowned Miss Supranational Dominican Republic 2015. However, the big resignation drama unfolded minutes after the crowning, when Rosa Nilda Adames relinquished her title. After her resignation, the title was passed on to Laura Baez, the first runner-up, who also resigned from her position as the first runner-up, and the title was eventually given to the second runner-up Leslie Santos. Leslie Santos will now represent Dominican Republic at Miss Supranational 2015 pageant. The other winners at the pageant were Miss Mundo Dominicana 2014 - Dhio Moreno, Miss International Dominican Republic 2014 - Barbara Santana and Miss Earth Dominican Republic 2015 - Mayte Brito Medina.
