Maria is a 24-year-old nurse to be with a great passion for healthy living and women supporting woman. She is the tallest contestant in Miss Universe Denmark 2018 with a height of 183 cm.Maria grew up in the country-side surrounded by scenic nature and all kinds of animals which started her loving and affectionate relationship with them. Maria wishes to open her very own beauty empire after a few years of traveling and working with disabled individuals. She aspires to make other women look and feel beautiful in order for them to gain genuine confidence. Laila Hasanovic was born and raised in Svendborg. Her exotic name is due to her parents from Bosnia. With Bosnian roots, she has grown up with two cultures and therefore has a good ability to understand the different cultural backgrounds and needs. She is an 18-year-old student at Svendborg Gymnasium School with English and Social Studies as major subjects, and stands tall at an impressive height of 172 cm. Laila enjoys traveling as she is excited to feel and understand different cultures, and meet new people who inspire her. She is also an ambassador for CO2 Living, where she encourage her followers on social media to plant trees to neutralize their carbon emissions. Laila has been an influencer since she was very young. In the future, Laila would like to be a journalist because she loves being in front of a camera. She thinks it’s a great opportunity to be inspiration to others, and she hopes that by becoming a journalist she can reach even more young people.

Mette Rosenville is a 20-year-old, full-time law student with an impressive height of 174 cm. Mette grew up close to Roskilde where she attended primary school and high school. She comes from a family that has a great passion for sports and as a child, she has challenged her athletic skills in various sports including handball, riding, soccer and hockey. Mette is an ambitious, young woman who wants to be a lawyer before she turns 28 and hopes to help others. By nature, she is outgoing and empathetic and wants everyone around her to feel good. She enjoys being with her friends and meeting new people. Being curious and open-minded, she is eager to experience and learn new things. Therefore, she loves to travel and enjoys charter holidays, sports holidays, city breaks and vacations on ski where she meets new people and cultures.

Sandra Inigo Jørgensen is 23 years of age and stands tall at 168 cm. She is pursuing her Bachelors in Education Science at Aarhus University. Sandra loves spending time with her partner, friends and family. Creativity is her favourite field and she has her own studio in her home with green screen and place for music recording. She loves modelling. Christmas is Sandra's favourite time, where gifts, clay and decoration are created from home. Sandra has also started writing her own book about dealing with negative social heritage. Maria Mawuenais a 22-year-old gorgeous beauty with a height of 172 cm. She grew up in the country side until she was 17, and then moved herself to Copenhagen. Maria has had a turbulent upbringing with children’s homes and several foster families. She has a big passion for music and has taught herself how to play the acoustic guitar when she was just thirteen. Later, she also got professional lessons. Maria is studying Computer Science at KøbenhavnsErhvervsakademi. The passion for IT also grew with her upbringing as she felt that this was like a get-away for her and today she has decided to make a career out of what was simply just a hobby. Maria is an ambitious and hard-working woman who also takes up jobs to support here studies. She is an active girl who makes sure to maintain her workout and good diet. Maria is also a volunteer at Børnehjælpsdagen which is an organization that holds activities for children and young people placed outside of their homes. Katja Stokholm is 22 years of age with a height of 170 cm. She grew up and lives in Odense. Katja comes from a Danish / Russian family, and has therefore always been interested in gaining a deeper understanding of different cultures, people and languages. She can speak six languages, two of which are her native languages. She loves to travel and get as close to the countries she is in as possible by tasting local dishes, seeing local sights, and learning some everyday words. As a child she loved to dance, so she started the ball at the age of four. Some years later she was admitted to the Royal Theater Ballet School, where she was allowed to live her passion for dance every day. Katja is currently studying International Economics and Business Administration at SDU in Odense, and her goal is to work for an international company where she can live her dream of traveling and meeting new people. Being a very warm person, she is very much in favour of everyone around her doing well. Therefore, she has helped to gather for various charities, and is now working as a volunteer on a project in the organisation “BørnsVilkår”.

An incredibly ambitious girl, she now wishes to attain new heights by setting her eyes on the title of Miss Universe Denmark 2019. A business lawyer by education, Sabrina works as a legal consultant in one of the largest international companies in the world. In her spare time, she works voluntarily advising small start-up organizations. She loves to spread happiness and make other people smile, and has therefore also volunteered in a nursing home.Besides, she has an incredibly big heart for her family and friends, and spends a lot of time with them.
