Miss Universe Philippines 2010 Maria Venus Raj 4th Runner Up

Venus Raj from the Philippines represented her country in Miss Universe 2010 and with her talent managed to secure a position as the 4th runner-up. Raj was first dethroned and then later she was reinstated as Miss Universe Philippines 2010 as she contested claim to Filipino citizenship, which she later overcame. Venus obtained her bachelor's degree in communication arts, major in journalism, from Bicol University in Legazpi City, with Latin honours (cum laude). Besides her academics, she is a Filipino actress and television personality. And In 2017, Raj completed her master's degree in community development from the University of the Philippines Diliman. A Filipino fashion model, Gazini Ganados was crowned Binibining Pilipinas 2019 at the finale held on 9th June 2019 in Quezon city. She then got the right to represent Philippines in Miss Universe 2019. Gazini is 24 years of age and stands 175 cm tall. She holds a degree in Tourism Management and Health Care Services NCII. At the conclusion of the first edition of Miss Universe Philippines under a new leadership held just hours ago at Cordillera Convention Hall, Baguio, Rabiya Mateo from Iloilo city was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2020 and became the official representative of Philippines at Miss Universe 2020. Rabiya succeeds Miss Universe Philippines 2019 Gazini Ganados. Hailing from Iloilo, Rabiya is also a staunch advocate of education. She attended the Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy Program at the Iloilo Doctors' College and graduated cum laude. She represented Philippines at Miss Universe 2020 and placed in the Top 21.

Miss Universe Philippines 2021 Beatrice Luigi Gomez Top 5

Miss Universe Philippines 2021, the 2nd edition of the national pageant, was held tonight at the Henann Resort Convention Center, Alona Beach, Panglao, Bohol where Beatrice Luigi Gomez was crowned the new queen at the end of the event finale. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Rabiya Mateo. Beatrice created history by becoming the first ever openly gay contestant from Philippines to represent the country at Miss Universe. In January 2021, she decided to undergo the basic citizens military course training that would allow her to be part of the Philippine Navy Reserve Unit. Beatrice represented Philippines at Miss Universe 2021 and placed in the Top 5.
