Miss Nepal 2018 Contestant 1 Mahima Singh

Mahima Singh believes in taking risks in life, and her reason is “until you take a step you never know what life holds for you.” This philosophy of her’s is why she participated in Miss Nepal 2018. She has some modelling experience in the past. In the years 2013 and 2014, Mahima tried her hand at the profession of modelling. She was also named Best Model in inter-college fest- ACE. She holds a Bachelors in Business Administration BBA and graduated in 2017.

23-year-old Sandhya Adhikari is a fun loving girl who loves making friends and travelling. She is a kind soul that aims to do something for the people in need. Her hobbies are singing and dancing. Sandhya recently completed her Bachelors in Dental Surgery.

Sharvani Pandey is an extremely focused and determined individual who believes in living life in its entirety and constantly growing. She believes, how deeply you touch others’ lives, is how rich your own life is. She is a performer, model and professional dancer. Her brush with modelling includes a few shots for an online jewellery store and a portfolio shoot. She aspires to be an actor. She has a Bachelors in English Literature and Political Science.

Miss Nepal 2018 Contestant 9 Shikshya Sangroula

Shikshya is an independent girl who loves to help others and makes sure she accomplishes the goals that she has set in life. She has been working as a model since 2013. She has been involved in different fashion shows of Nepal such as TGIF Nepal Fashion Week 2016, Classic Diamond TPJFS Season 4, she also worked as a TV Host for Kantipur and Hosted Liril Fresh Face season 3 and 4. One very interesting fact that makes her stand ourt of her fellow contestants is that she is a voice-over artist. She has a Bachelor in Business Administration from Kathmandu University

Suvekshya is a very optimistic and hardworking person and a true believer in “whatever happens; happens for good”. This is not her first time a pageantry. Suvekshya was Miss Teen Nepal 2013- 2nd runner-up. She was also Miss model of Miss Teen Nepal 2013, and Miss Talent. She holds a Bachelors in Pharmacy from Kathmandu University

Laxmi Poudel believes in Learning. Thus she joined Miss Nepal this year to learn something and utilize the things that she has learned here. She has been in the profession of modelling for past six years. Laxmi also says, “People know me as a model but, I want to be a role model for them and give something back to the society that I have learned from this platform.” She holds a Bachelors in Business Studies.

Sayara Lama is energetic, active, independent and unapologetically herself. A BBA Graduate Student, Sayara is an outgoing and extrovert person. She prides on being good at basketball and dance. During her higher studies, she won best player of basketball. Also during her time at her university, she won a gold medal at basketball and at tug of war.

Miss Nepal 2018 Contestant 19 Ashma Dhungana

21 and studying in the final semester of BBA from Kathmandu University, Ashma is an American Embassy Grant Recipient for promoting collaborative democracy in rural Nuwakot. But, that’s not all, she is also a Volunteer at Red Cross Kid Queen Birgunj 2006. She took her shot at Vjing in her third year of college, and wrote and directed a play at Sarwanaam Theatre.

Miss Nepal 2018 Contestant 24 Anjila Mahat

Anjila Mahat is a 22-year-old university graduate who loves reading novels, travelling to new places and knowing about different cultures. Her modelling experience is limited to a few photo-shoots in the past but she has never participated in a beauty pageant before. She has completed Bachelors in Nursing from Queensland University of technology and was working as a Registered Nurse.

Miss Nepal 2018 Contestant 25 Shrinkhala Khatiwada

Shrinkhala Khatiwada is a passionate writer and dreams to publish at least one book someday. Miss Nepal is her first time participating in a beauty pageant. However, she’s had plenty of experience at my field of architecture. She has volunteered for post-earthquake reconstruction at Jaraayotaar and Melamchi, Sindhupalchowk. She also featured in an Ad campaign for MnS VMAG and holds a Bachelor in Architecture.
