Anouk Eman Miss World Aruba 2017 Finalist Miss World 2017

Anouk Stephanie Helen Eman representing Aruba in Miss World 2017 is 25 years old and stands tall at 173 cm. Anouk has a Master’s Degree in ‘Early Intervention in Autism and Sensory Processing Impairments’. She is currently working as a Child Therapist and would like to set up her own Early Intervention centre in Aruba. Anouk has represented her country in Synchronized Swimming and coaches younger children, while has also won a gold medal in the US National Championships. Anouk underwent Scoliosis surgery and had 24 screws put into her spine, but her bravery kept her going for her end goal. She is currently organising a 'Zumba with a Purpose.' She converses fluently in Papiamento, English, Dutch, and Spanish.

Geena Thompson Miss World Bahamas 2017 Finalist Miss World 2017

Geena Thompson representing the Bahamas in Miss World 2017 is 25 years old and stands tall at 175 cm. Geena completed a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Law and is currently working as a Financial Analyst. Her professional goal is to become a Tax and Compliance professional and to complete her Homeless Shelter project. She enjoys volleyball, bowling and running. Geena's favourite book is 'The Alchemist’ by Paolo Coelho. She has four pet dogs and her proudest moment was seeing her parents faces full of pride when she graduated from University.

Renae Sherese Martinez Miss World Belize 2017 Finalist Miss World 2017

Renae Sherese Martinez representing Belize in Miss World 2017 is 20 years old and stands tall at 165 cm. Renae's proudest moment was when she achieved her Associate Degree at the age of 18. She is currently studying for a Degree in Tourism Management and has ambitions to either own her own hotel or become an Airline Manager. Being musically inclined, Renae enjoys playing the guitar, the punta, parranda and soca. She also has a special talent for singing. Her other interests include dancing and football. She speaks glibly in English and Belizean Creole while her life’s motto is 'If at first you don't succeed, try again!'

Helina Hewlett Miss World British Virgin Islands 2017 Finalist Miss World 2017

Helina Hewlett representing British Virgin Islands in Miss World 2017 is 26 years old and stands tall at 164 cm. After completing a Degree in Business, Helina is currently working as an Executive Assistant. A keen sportswoman, she enjoys playing volleyball, swimming and water sports. She plays the trombone while she also dances very well. Her favourite music is Korean pop and her favourite film is 'Titanic'. Helina's most memorable day is when she found out that she can still participate in the Miss World pageant after the effects of Hurricane Irma. Helina believes that 'Life is only as hard as you make it'.

Cynthia Menard representing Canada in Miss World 2017 is 17 years old and stands tall at 174 cm. In her final year of High School, Cynthia is applying for University to study for a Degree in Nursing with the intention of becoming an Emergency Nurse. Her hobbies include soccer, swimming, hiking, dance and gymnastics. Her main talent is singing but she also enjoys acting and playing the guitar. In her spare time, she helps at the family brewery and restaurant business. This hard-working queen believes that 'The only way to be successful is to work hard, keep trying, sometimes fail and learn from your mistakes. That's how dreams are achieved'.

Kristin Amaya representing Cayman Islands in Miss World 2017 is 25 years old and stands tall at 167 cm. Kristin is currently studying for her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration whilst also working as an admin assistant. Her hobbies include reading and dancing. She owns an ‘On Line Business’ as well. Her favourite book is ‘The Road Less Travelled’ and her favourite film is ’Seven Pounds.’ Since becoming Miss Cayman Islands, Kristin has been busy giving motivational speeches to both adults and children. The queen strongly goes with the saying ‘Find out who you are and do it on purpose’.

Vanity Girigori representing Curacao in Miss World 2017 is 21 years old and stands tall at an exceptional height of 181 cm. Vanity has completed her studies as a Teacher of Mandarin. Her ideal job would be to be a Mandarin teacher to children in Holland or to run her own modelling agency. Her favourite film is 'The Man from nowhere.' Her proudest moment was getting her diploma for her first year studying Mandarin. She has a passion for Korean and Chinese music and plays the piano as well. This exceptionally talented girl can speak Dutch, English, Papiamentu & beginner in Spanish, Korean & Mandarin properly. She always says that 'hard work pays off’.

Aletxa Marie representing Dominican Republic in Miss World 2017 is 22 years old and stands tall at 178 cm. Aletxa is currently studying Corporate Social Communication but has ambitions to be a professional actor performing in Musical Theatre. Her most memorable and proudest moment was when she won a Regional Tennis Tournament. Apart from playing tennis, Aletxa also enjoys playing volleyball and football. She also likes to indulge in cooking, singing and dancing. She loves reading the Narnia Chronicles and the Percy Jackson series in books and has three German Shepherds. Fátima Cuéllar Molina representing El Salvador in Miss World 2017 is 19 years old and stands tall at 172 cm. Currently a Communication's student; Fatima would like to set up an NGO to work in Health and Education of children in the most vulnerable areas of El Salvador. She has an interest in medicine, enjoys reading public health books and works as a volunteer with children and the elderly. Fatima has a passion for playing chess and the flute and does Rhythmic and Olympic Gymnastics. She also has a dog called Nina. A simple person at heart, she believes that 'not all of us can do great things but we can do small things with great love’.

Audrey Berville representing Guadeloupe in Miss World 2017 is 19 years old and stands tall at 178 cm. Audrey is studying to become a nurse. She enjoys traditional Creole dancing as well as jazz and contemporary. She has three dogs at home. One of Audrey's favourite books is 'La Bete Humaine' by Emile Zola and she enjoys Japanese and Creole food. Her proudest moment was when she passed her Baccalaureate. Having completed a degree in International Relations and Political Science, Virginia is currently studying for her master’s Degree in Political Science. She enjoys playing basketball, skating and handball and has an interest in traditional dancing. Her favourite film is ‘The Notebook.’ She enjoys listening to Latin music and has four dogs and a cat as pets. Her proudest moment is when she delivered food to an indigenous community. Celia Monterrosa representing Honduras in Miss World 2017 is 21 years old and stands tall at 180 cm. Celia is a student of Odontology and would like to pursue a career as an Odontologist. She has volunteered as a dental nurse in hospital and has taught art and sewing to children with Down syndrome. She would like to set up her own charitable agency and continue supporting children with Down syndrome. Celia also enjoys playing basketball, performing folklore dance and has a special talent for Punta Dance. Her motto is 'always work hard for your dream: never give up’.

Solange has completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Foreign Languages and Media Relations and is currently working as a PR and Marketing Consultant. She would like to use her experience to become a global activist for human trafficking and cultural awareness. Her proudest moment is when she worked with immigrant youths. Alma Andrea Meza Carmona representing Mexico in Miss World 2017 is 22 years old and stands tall at 180 cm. Andrea's proudest moment is being one of the few women in her class to graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. Andrea is currently working as a Software Engineer. She would like to pursue a career in this field and would like to either open her own software company or her own Health and Fitness Club. She is passionate about sports especially Cross-Fit. Chandidi graduated in International Relations and is currently working part time as a Marketing Coordinator for her family business. She has ambitions to become an ambassador for her country and continue her studies in International Law to one day become a Woman's Rights Activist in the United Nations. Chandini has a special talent in communicating with children that have Cerebral Palsy. Her hobbies include: playing the sitar and Indian and Arabic dancing. She also enjoys playing cricket and swimming. She believes that 'no dream is too big to accomplish if you really want it, you wouldn't think twice’.

Clarissa Bowers representing the United States in Miss World 2017 is 20 years old and stands tall at 183 cm. Clarissa is studying Neuroscience and aspires to become a reconstructive surgeon for children with congenital defects. Since she was 16, she has worked as an Oral Maxillofacial Surgical Assistant. Her most memorable moment in life is when she witnessed a young boy taking his first unassisted steps through the Miracle League, which is an organisation that helps children and adults with mental and physical disabilities through playing baseball. She believes that we must 'be humble but proud, kind but not weak and share love without hesitation’.
