Justeen Cruz Lara was announced as Miss Supranational Ecuador 2020 on 25th May after the organization decided to hold an online selection. Justeen is a professional make-up artist and has an excellent command of the English language. She works for women's empowerment and has been a guide for many Latin women. The diva has impeccable fashion taste, as she has opted for simple yet exquisite designer wear for the competition, which has helped her perform well thus far. Justeen has experimented with colours, wearing dark and bright colours such as red, blue, and black, which makes her appear sharp and confident. For the preliminary and final nights, she will wear a design by Colombian designer Julio González.

Pascale Bélony was announced as the official representative of Haiti for Miss Supranational 2021 and succeeded Miss Supranational Haiti 2019 Weslyne Paul Miyou for the title. Pascale is 27-years-old and earned her bachelor's degrees in Health Education and Nursing. She is an advocate for women’s and holistic health. The 22-year-old Mumbaikar is a student at Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Indore, M.P, Aavriti also works as a model. With her experience in the fashion industry in India and her amazing pursuance at the finale of Miss Diva 2020, Aavriti proved her worth greatly and will surely apply all her strong traits to win a place internationally. The diva's curly hair enhances her appearance. She chose a stunning traditional lehnga for the sashing ceremony and looked stunning as she represented the country. Jihane Almira Chedid was crowned Puteri Indonesia Pariwisata 2020 (Miss Supranational Indonesia 2020) on 6th March 2020 at the Jakarta Convention Center in Jakarta, Indonesia. She is the first delegate from Central Java to win the title and is one of the strongest contenders for the title as well. The diva is 22-years-old and stands 175 cm tall. She holds a bachelor's degree in Science in Information Technology from PGRI Semarang University and is continuing her studies in Graphic Design at Bina Nusantara University – Jakarta. She is an actress, a fashion model, and an Indonesian People’s Consultative Assembly Ambassador. Dindi is a flight attendant for Philippine Airlines and owns a small general merchandising business in Bataan. She is also a part of the Philippine Air Force Reserve Command. Anna Michela Ciornea was crowned Miss Supranational Romania 2020 during the Romanian Info Fashion Festival on 17th October 2020 and succeeded Miss Supranational Romania 2019 Alexandra Stroe for the title. The diva is 24-years-old and stands 173 cm tall. She graduated from her studies at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy last month and is currently preparing for her medical residency exam. She is ambitious and determined to put her best effort into representing her country on the international stage. Ever since her win as the first runner-up, the stunner has made it to almost every hot pick list for the Miss Supranational crown. She is an aspiring anesthesiologist who earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBChB) degree in 2018 from the University of the Free State in Bloemfontein, South Africa. Thato is one of the strongest contenders for the crown, and her fashion sense has impressed the audience. She appears confident and committed to winning the crown for South Africa. She graduated with a degree in Communication Arts from Bangkok University. She is one of the co-founders of the Bangkok Charity Soldiers, a charity project that works with friends from all six different nationalities to focus on sustainable development in Thai society. Queen Benejarat, as her name suggests, has been nailing her fashion looks at Miss Supranational 2021, from a subtle and elegant black gown to a black corset paired with pants and jacket, to a glamorous red gown for the sashing ceremony. Queen also chose a brightly coloured gown in which she looked confident and stunning.

Valentina Sánchez was crowned Miss Supranational Venezuela 2021 on 27th May 2021 in one of the Globovisión studios. She succeeds Miss Supranational Venezuela 2019 Gabriela De La Cruz for the title. Valentina is 25-years-old and stands 180 cm tall. She is a radio and television producer as well as an international business expert. She had an opportunity to work for CNBC as a Digital Video, Strategic Content, and Assignment Desk intern for three semesters. From slaying looks in evening gowns since the day she arrived, to picking out comfortable dresses for rehearsals, to literally nailing the red gown look at the Miss Elegance competition, the diva is regarded as one of the glamorous queens of Miss Supranational 2021.
